About the work

Dignity, healing, pride — and the chance to be heard in your own way.

People sharing a listening moment in a calm studio

“I believe music can help people reconnect with their voice, their identity, and their sense of belonging.”

Jaana Parker creates spaces where neurodivergent people, LGBTQ+ communities, people navigating mental health challenges, and those who have experienced trauma can express themselves without fear, pressure, or judgement.

Her work blends composition, songwriting, poetry, video storytelling, and trauma-informed facilitation. Lived experience is not a footnote here; it is a source of knowledge, direction, and care.

Every session makes room for choice and autonomy. That can mean a lyric, a rhythm, a voice note, a soundscape, or simply listening alongside someone else until the next step feels possible.

Values in practice

The way we work matters as much as the work itself.

Choice

Flexible communication and room to participate in the way that feels right.

Care

Trauma-informed, sensory-aware spaces with emotional safety at the centre.

Co-creation

Ideas made with people, never simply for them or about them.
